Hello Pedagogy First members:

I am Barbara McPherson your mentor through your Pedagogy First journey.  I have been teaching part-time both on campus and online for MiraCosta College in the Behavioral Science department since 2009.  Additionally, I am a Field Manger for NORC–   www.norc.org.     I teach research methods, statistics, human development, and psychology  at MiraCosta College as well as manage  social opinion data collection for the Southern California area for NORC.  I do this because I feel my efforts contribute in a positive way to society as a whole.

I am very pleased to be a mentor with the P.O.T. program and hope to support your efforts across the next 24 weeks.
